What we learned and what we shared? The project significantly contributed to the most relevant priorities of social inclusion, tackling early school leaving and disadvantages, common values, civic engagement and participation. Into this project was promoted common values such as respect, tolerance, and empathy by creating awareness about child abuse and neglect. Students from the partner s schools learned about the importance of these values in preventing abuse and neglect and in creating a harmonious society. This learning experience also
facilitated students encouragement to actively participate in activities and initiatives aimed at preventing child abuse and neglect. They also had the opportunity to engage with various stakeholders, including parents, local authorities, and other community members thereby enhancing their participation in civic activities.
The project addressed the root causes that often lead to early school leaving, such as child abuse and neglect. By providing a supportive and nurturing environment, students were encouraged to stay in school. Additionally, the project ensured that disadvantaged students received the necessary support and resources to continue their education, thereby reducing the early school leaving.
